There are some families that have been with me from the beginning.  I hold these special people close to my heart.  In my early years as a photographer they gave me a chance, they believed in me, they supported and encouraged me, and to this day they come to me to capture their ever changing precious moments.  The Habiger family is one of those families, and I love them more than peanut butter.  I’ve been taking their pictures for years now, and I hope to never stop.

Chris and Karri are the parents that gently hold eachother and weap while they view their pictures because they are so in awe of the amazing kids their love was able to create.  Just look.

Their kids Rudy and Ella are little lively bundles of joy.

Chris and Karri believe strongly in encouraging independence because they want their kids to someday be able to stand on their own two feet.

They like to have fun!

And they always make each other a priority.  A first priority, because they understand that they are the foundation of their family, and without a strong foundation there is nothing to build on.  I feel lucky to know this family, and to be their family photographer.
