Some photos just make my day. I literally sit at my computer editing with a goofy grin on my face. With the Roling kids that seems to be the case every time. This session was suppose to be for baby Alex’s first birthday, but as always Eden jumped in and stole the show with her charm, her curls, and her big blue eyes.
That’s not to say Alex didn’t have his moments. He’s just a little more shy, a little more reserved than big sister. His charm is quiet and adorable.

This is my 5th shoot with Alex this year and every time he shows a little more of his beautiful smile, and now he has itty bitty teeth.
There’s always a sense of sadness when I finish a year of shoots with a family. I have gotten to see the little one grow up right in front of my camera, I’ve gotten close to the siblings and even more close to the parents. I think Danielle is awesome. I’ve loved every second, so knowing I’m not going to get to see them again for 6 months is disappointing. But I’ll manage. Already looking forward to our next shoot!
